Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bare and Fair Ltd. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.
In line with our ‘zero waste’ values, we use reclaimed (and plastic-free) packaging wherever possible. In order to remain Covid-secure, all packaging is ‘quarantined’ for at least 4 days before being reused, as per the latest guidance on safe reuse of cardboard and paper products. We are paperless wherever possible, so we send all receipts by email and usually do not include a paper packing slip - if you need a printed packing slip for whatever reason please let us know.
Shipment Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders for shipping within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. In exceptional circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days; we will contact you via email if there will be any significant delay in shipment of your order.
Local Pedal-Powered Delivery Service
Deliveries to the following postcodes qualify for our pedal-powered Local Delivery Service; GU21, GU22, GU23, GU24, KT14. This service is charged at a flat rate of £2 per order. Please note we are still developing this service and may need to deliver the occasional order by car/van.
Please select ‘Local Delivery’ at checkout if you qualify for this service, and select your preferred delivery slot. Within 48 hours of placing your order (Monday to Friday), you will receive an email from us confirming your delivery slot.
Shipping charges for your order are dependent on the total weight of your order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use MyHermes courier service to ship to the UK - please see the table below for available shipping options and costs:

Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
The delivery days stated in the table above are estimates; delivery delays can occasionally occur, and Bare and Fair Ltd cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours and can be used at www.myhermes.co.uk.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bare and Fair Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We cannot ship our refill products (i.e. any products in the Skin Care Refills, Hair Care Refills & Cleaning Refills categories in our ecommerce store) - these are available on our Local Delivery Service only. We only ship to the UK.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a refund to the original payment method, or exchange it for a like-for-like product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalised and/or customised products, including refills, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any reusable sanitary pads or reusable face masks.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Email [email protected] with the following information:
- Item(s) you wish to return and reason for return
- Receipt for original purchase of said item(s)
- Whether you would like to exchange this item(s) for a like-for-like product, exchange in return for store credit, or return it for a full refund.
2. Send item(s) back to us at this address: Bare and Fair Ltd, 79 Hawthorn Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 0BG.
3. Once we have received your returned item(s) and verified they are in a satisfactory condition, we will issue a refund/exchange as requested. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the card used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it i.e. unused and in it's original packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use.
In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or faulty we will immediately replace the damaged or faulty goods, subject to stock availability. Please email [email protected] or call us on 07980 293631 within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
